Thursday 11/14/24: Legal Talk with Attorney Kevin Flesch & Onsite Consulting

Today’s Guests:
Attorney Kevin Flesch of Flesch Law is with us and outlines some of the common Defense tactics used to minimize your personal injury case. If you don’t seek medical attention immediately, the Defense will say you must not have been injured. Kevin says it’s equally as important to complete your treatments and medical care. The Defense will try to say if you received a ticket for the accident then you must be at fault, this is not true. Also if it was a low impact collision, sometimes they will say there in no way it could have caused your injuries. It’s always a free consultation at Flesch Law. Call Kevin today at 303-806-8886 or visit the website at www.fleschlawfirm.com.

Then it’s Scott Henke, Owner of Onsite Consulting and Scott says get ready for a change with Windows 11. Scott says there’s a new physical CHIP on the computer called a TPM Chip (Trusted Platform Module). It is required for Windows 11. Most computers more than 6 years old don’t have one. Microsoft recently announced that Windows 10 won’t get security updates after October 2025. The processor speed I circled means that you can’t upgrade to Windows 11. Onsite Consulting has refurbished Windows 11 desktops with 1-year warranty and lifetime hardware monitoring from $400 and laptops from $600. And they will take $100 off any of those when you do the Total Transfer. Email Scott@Henke.com mention you heard him on Haystack Help Radio he will check to see if your computer has the chip for Windows 11.
