Did you know you can get a BUI, in a kayak or canoe. Also, the responsibilities you have with letting someone else drive your boat. Anyone under the age of 14 may not operate any motorboat or Personal Watercraft. Anyone between the ages of 14,15 must successfully complete an approved boater education course to legally operate a motorized vessel in the State of Colorado.
