Monday 3/23/26: Evolution Endodontics & Your Health Matters with Dr. Shane Steadman

Today’s Guests:
Dr. Shaun Soucie joins us in studio to talk about his philosophy of care and all that Evolution Endodontics has to offer. Dr. Soucie is a specialist in endodontics (root canal therapy) with advanced training and a master’s-level research background focused on bacteria and tooth infections. Dr. Soucie leads the practice along with other providers and staff, but he is the primary owner and driving force behind the clinic’s approach and philosophy.

Evolution Endodontics in Castle Rock is a specialty dental practice focused on endodontics treating problems inside the tooth, particularly the pulp and root system. Their primary service is root canal therapy, which removes infection and preserves the natural tooth. They also handle more complex cases such as retreatments when a previous root canal hasn’t healed properly, minor surgical procedures like apicoectomies, and treatment for dental trauma including cracked or injured teeth. In addition, they are highly skilled in diagnosing difficult tooth pain that may not be obvious during a routine dental exam.

The practice uses modern technology like digital imaging and specialized microscopes to improve accuracy and patient comfort. Most patients are referred by their general dentist and come in for focused, procedure-based care rather than routine cleanings. The overall goal is to relieve pain, eliminate infection, and save the natural tooth whenever possible—helping patients avoid extraction and maintain long-term oral health.

Friday 3/20/26: Water Talk with Paul the Waterman

Today’s Guests:
On this episode of Water Talk, Paul “The Waterman” Dowding, Owner of Water Pros and guest Mark Whitlach discuss the difference between unregulated containments by the EPA in our drinking water and regulated containments by the EPA. Why the consumer deserves to know the whole truth about containments in their water that we pay for from our municipality.

Regulated Contaminants (What the EPA Enforces) – These are substances the Environmental Protection Agency has established legal limits for under the Safe Drinking Water Act. These contaminants are like Lead, Arsenic, Nitrates and certain bacteria.

Unregulated Contaminants (The Bigger Conversation) – There is no legal requirements to remove them. There is limited and consistent testing.

The big takeaway today is this—what’s regulated in our water is only part of the story. There’s a growing list of unregulated contaminants that science is still catching up to, and that’s where homeowners need to be proactive. It’s not about fear—it’s about being informed and making the best decisions for your family’s health. Call Water Pros for your free in home water test, 303/862-5554.

On this week’s Your Money Matters Radio Show, Kurt talked about how today’s mortgage conversation always begins with interest rates, which continue to move up and down based largely on the Fed Funds Rate and the 10-year bond market. Thursday 3/12/26: Legal Talk with Attorney Kevin Flesch & Your Legacy Your Way with Carolyn Duncan of Duncan Legal

Today’s Guests:
On this episode of Legal Talk, host Scott Whatley sat down with Kevin Flesch of Flesch Law to hear Kevin explain what happens legally when a driver causes an accident and the injured parties are passengers in the same vehicle. Many people assume that passengers cannot pursue a claim if the driver is a friend or family member, but Kevin clarifies that passengers do have legal rights when they are injured in a crash. In most cases, a passenger’s claim is not really against the driver personally, but rather against the driver’s automobile insurance policy. Insurance exists to provide coverage when someone’s negligence causes injuries to others. Because passengers typically have no control over how the vehicle is being driven, they are rarely considered at fault and often have strong claims for compensation. Kevin explains that injured passengers may be able to recover damages for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other costs related to their injuries. If another driver also contributed to the accident, multiple insurance policies may be involved, and the passenger may have claims against more than one driver. In some situations, underinsured motorist coverage can also play an important role. Kevin emphasizes that anyone injured as a passenger should seek medical attention and speak with an experienced attorney as soon as possible to understand their rights and protect their potential claim. Attorney Kevin Flesch of Flesch Law has over 30 years of experience in Denver and throughout the State of Colorado. Kevin Flesch and their attorneys represent personal injury victims and people accused of criminal acts throughout the Denver area. It’s always a free consultation at Flesch Law. Call Kevin today at 303-806-8886 or visit the website at www.fleschlawfirm.com. Got a legal question? You can now TEXT the Flesch Law Line 24/7 with your legal question: 720-201-8585.

On this episode of Your Legacy Your Way, Attorney Carolyn Duncan of Duncan Legal talks about when someone passes away with a will, many people assume their assets automatically transfer to their family. However, Carolyn explains that a will does not avoid probate. Instead, a will provides instructions to the court about how a person’s assets should be handled and who should be responsible for managing the estate. The probate process typically begins when the will is filed with the probate court. The court then formally recognizes the person named in the will as the personal representative, sometimes called the executor. This individual is responsible for managing the estate’s affairs. Their duties include identifying and gathering assets, notifying creditors, paying outstanding debts and taxes, and eventually distributing the remaining assets according to the instructions in the will. Even when everything goes smoothly, probate can take several months and sometimes longer depending on the complexity of the estate or if disputes arise among heirs. Carolyn emphasizes that while having a will is far better than having no plan at all, it may not be the most efficient option for every family. Many people choose to incorporate trusts into their estate plans to help avoid probate and simplify the transfer of assets. The most important step, she says, is creating a clear plan so loved ones are protected and unnecessary stress is avoided. For a free half-hour consult, call 303-394-2358. Carolyn says her motto is “Helping People Solves Life’s Puzzles.” Visit www.DuncanLegal.com and get your free Guide Estate Planning Basics”. Be sure and get your free Guide Estate Planning Basics.
