Part of the Safe Drinking Water Act, the EPA requires water districts to be truthful in the quality of water they are providing so consumers can make a decision as to how much of the water they want to consume. So, Paul poses the question to the listeners: “How many people have seen or received a Consumer Confidence Report from their local water provider”? Paul reports he hasn’t seen any.
