Friday 7/17/26: Water Talk with Paul the Waterman

Today’s Guests:
On this edition of Water Talk, brought to you by Water Pro’s, Paul “The Waterman” Dowding, Owner of Water Pros and guest Mark Whitlach discuss the difference between unregulated containments by the EPA in our drinking water and regulated containments by the EPA. Why the consumer deserves to know the whole truth about containments in their water that we pay for from our municipality. Regulated Contaminants (What the EPA Enforces) – These are substances the Environmental Protection Agency has established legal limits for under the Safe Drinking Water Act. These contaminants are like Lead, Arsenic, Nitrates and certain bacteria. Unregulated Contaminants (The Bigger Conversation) – There is no legal requirements to remove them. There is limited and consistent testing. The big takeaway today is this—what’s regulated in our water is only part of the story. There’s a growing list of unregulated contaminants that science is still catching up to, and that’s where homeowners need to be proactive. It’s not about fear—it’s about being informed and making the best decisions for your family’s health. Call 303-862-5554 for your free in home water test, tell them Scott sent you.
